	We offer rooms at reasonable prices for students and pupils.In contrast to the 42 student houses of the 'Studentenwerk Berlin' we follow a different intention:- March to End of September we manage our house as a hotel. Our young and friendly team welcomes travelers as well as many pupils' or students' groups from all over the world.- October to March we offer our rooms for students (mainly in their first term), who did not have time yet to organize an own flat or room in Berlin.
