	Reasonably priced accommodation for backpackers, workmen and young familiesGeneral information on our rooms Berlin's Sunshinehouse offers 70 comfortably appointed, extremely reasonably priced rooms in 18 accommodation units. The complex is situated in a central location on an area of around 2,500 sq m close to the Innsbrucker Platz local S-Bahn and subway train station. Room size: from 17 sq m. Almost all beds are single beds continuously fitted with bedclothes. There is one shower-bathroom between each two rooms. The central area of each accommodation unit consisting of 4 roomscontains one small kitchen area with dishes and cutlery. Apart from that, you will find a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.There is a lounge to relax in on the premises, which is equipped with a large TV set and games. Minimum stay: 2 nights. A fee of 5,00 ? will be charged for bookings of 1 night.
