	Our Hostal can be reached in 15 min with S-Bahn-Line Nr. 3 directly from Hanover Train Station (Hbf.), a perfect connection. Hanover city offers an extraordinary zoo, the famous Royal Gardens at Herrenhausen and is a fair city. Our hotel villa has been renovated in the year 2005 and providescomfortably furnished rooms and apartments.Within a walking distance of only 500m youreach the recreation area 'Altwarmbüchener See' where you can find a lot of possibilities for surfing and sailing and a beautiful beach. You will also find 7 restaurants with national and international dishes near the hotel. Close to City Center. Also close to the Highway, Airport, Subway/Tram station, and close to the Fairgrounds.Pets allowed, Family Rooms, Gay friendly, Breakfast Buffet.
