Welcome to Casa Unica! We are located in the heart of Buenos Aires, near the main tourist attractions such as Carlos Gardel Museum, Abasto Shopping Mall, independent theatres, universities and a variety of cultural events. Even nightlife is no more than 15 minutes away!Casa Única was build in 1927, a typical colonial house with big rooms, open air courtyard and BBQ area. Details makes it a cozy traditional house with the facilitiesof the 21st Century. Among other things, a bar, a full equipped kitchen, lockers and a lounge room with worldwide movies and books complete the amenities of our place. A clean and safe house to stay.Regarding trips and adventures, we offer student discounts and free tourist information, even when it comes to moving from Buenos Aires to another town. Don?t worry if you have a low budget, we can give you the best tips on how to save money! We know what you want, believe us!
