	Clean, comfortable and familiar, this place is situated eight blocks away from the city centre and only four blocks from the beach.It has four rooms, with four beds and a bathroom in each room.There is also a common room (with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, grill, tables,BBQ, chairs and a tv) and a garden to relax.Blankets and towels, as well as daily cleaning and breakfast are included. A basin to do the laundry is available too.Don´t miss the opportunity to stay in the heart of Patagonia!
