The Globe Backpackers is a friendly hostel offering a funky, relaxed and social environment. We are located in Kings Cross, an extremely popular area with both travellers and locals.Kings Cross caters to people from all walks of life, close to the heart of Sydney's CBD-- and a short walk from the Opera House, Botanical Gardens or Circular Quay. It's the perpetually alive tourist enclave where you'll find a variety of bars, cafes, strip clubs, restaurants, fast food outlets, and nightclubs. Its abundant night life style, may divert some visitors however it is well policed and relatively safe and the atmosphere is friendly. Great beaches and other attractions are also within easy reach.Our great facilities include a chill-out room, open-air courtyard&BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen, guest laundry, telephone&messaging service, security lockers&a TV room with massive wide-screen TV with Foxtel. Our fun&friendly staff are able to assist you in finding employment or help you to explore Sydney and beyond.
