	The Blümel Comfort Apartment House is brand new and unique in Graz. Apart from top furnishing it offers the convenience you expect. Ideal for managers and business partners and also for your private stay as we we rent out our flats for short term (1 to 7 days), medium term ( 8 to 30 days ) as well as forlong term stays of more than 30 days. In spite of the oustanding standard we charge you extremely reasonable prices. It is our ambition to make your stay in one of the 21 to 82 square metre apartments for up 4 people as comfortable as possible. Facilities like an inhouse underground car park, the xDSL internet connection , fitness room, laundry room, ironing board plus iron , coffee and snack machine as well as the regular change of towels and bed clothes will make your stay as comfortable as possible.[Breakfast:] We offer a rich breakfast buffet Monday to Saturday from 7.30. On Sundays and on public holidays from 8.30. Breakfast is not included in the rent. It can be either booked in advance along with the apartment or the day before (6,50?). [Wellness area:] We have a nicely designed wellness area with sauna, Sanarium, whirlpool, a room to unwind, solarium, fitness and massage room with a massage chair. Sauna, whirlpool and Sanarium are closed during the summer months (May till October). Our fitness room is equipped with a treadmill, a dumbbell bench, a butterfly, and a fixed wheel home trainer. [Car rent:] With a small contribution towards the expenses you can rent our company car for runs within Graz.[[Location]] Our house is only 750 metres away from Graz Main Railway Station. Come and enjoy! *IMPORTANT Information:* There is a local tax of 1 Euro per person/night (not included). Our appartments may fit in up to four people. If you want to have it, book the two-person apartment thatyou find on this page and tell us by email directly after the booking how many people you actually are. The standard price is for two persons. Per person extra we charge you 13,40? payable here. If you are a solo traveller and need the apt. for one person only, we reduce the price by 9 Euros on arrival.
