	* New Year - When booking any day from 29th December to 31st December you must pay for the whole package of these 3 days ** Carnival - When booking any day from 2nd February to 6th February you must pay for the whole package of these 5 days * Our house is the preferred accommodation by people willing to enjoy the particular nightlife of Lapa and the charm of the touristic old residential neighbourhood of Santa Teresa.Our management is the most communicative and friendliest in the area. Beaches are of easy access from the hostel. We will make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Cheers
