Located between Brock University and Niagara College Campuses and situated in Thorold's shopping district. Easy access to all amenities. Walk to supermarket, banks, parks, the Welland Canal and the kissing stone.Stepsto bus stop. On bus route to Brock University. 4-5 min. ride to Brock U., 8-10 min. ride to Niagara Falls. Private entrance, bathroom and kitchen. Big windows. New roof, new hydro and heating system. Laundry room is in the building. Central fire alarm system. Each apartment has it own mailbox. High speed internet, storage in the building, public and private parking are availalbe. 24 hours security surveillance system and central fire alam system on site.
