	We are located on the side of La Matriz Church, where the World Heritage City of Valparaiso was founded. At less than 10 minutes walk are the main attractions like Muelle Prat, funiculars and at 60mts from public transport. The hotels was built in 1870 as a school and was renovated in 2003. The loft rooms have 35-40 sq meters in two levels, with private bath, kitchenette, hot water and natural light. In the first floor there is a gellery of art that presents frequent exhibitions.
