	Historical building,located downtown,nex to Avenida Pedro Montt.Near the Bus Station. This loadging's location is the ideal one to cover and to know the city attractions by walking.Excellent transportation towards and from Viña del Mar. We offer comfortable rooms: singles(king),doubles(king and single), striples(king and singles)/ four bed(king and singles)dorms. We like to maintain a family environment and provide a laundry service and hot showers 24hrs a day. For those who wish to buy their own food we have a kitchenavailable (although breakfast is included in the price!).
