	Ancient house of late XIX century, typcial of the city of Valparaiso, located in the centre. A simple place, without luxury, but sure and economic for whom desen residential barrioi knows this beautiful city, with easy access to transposrt, half a block to the faculty (power)of medicine, access to the kitchen, warm shower, 3 rooms with private bath, others with shared bath.
