	Shanghai famtown?s apartment is newly build buiding,24H security. It is located in good situation and very near to the central city. There are many convenient stores,supermarkets,resturants around the buiding. Each apartment is well decorated with a kitchen and a bathroom,some with a living room. Amenities are: a double bed,refrigerator,air-conditioning,TV set,microwave oven,washer,internet access,cable TV. And we also provide cooking utencils so you can do a meal by yourselves. Our policy is that just make yourself at home. The rent includes everything such as the charges of water,gas,electricty,internet.
