	Dubrovnik-Apartments are settled in a peaceful part of Lapad Bay, in close proximity to the sea. From the?old town? it takes around 10 minutes to reach it by car or by bus. One side of the house has a view of the sea, and the other side, of a little pine forest. There is a beach close to the front of the house, with a lovely terrace for laying in the sun, for our guests only. In the shady backyardour guests can prepare a grill and enjoy their meal on a large terrace. If you are coming with your own boat, there is a berth waiting for you. Our new offer is our Wellness program. It is designed for you to rest, to relax and to enjoy our outdoor Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is not only available in the summer when you can also enjoy the sea, but is also available in spring, autumn or winter - with glass of champagne with a view of the sea. The Jacuzzi is available 24 hours a day, under one?s own supervision. There is also sauna and shower facilities available with hot and cold water, and all these facilities are with in a few feet from each other. The Sauna is working 24 hours a day under one?s own supervision. The suites have one large room divided in bedroom and living-room, completely furnished. Separated are kitchen with dining table and bathroom. Apartment is suitable for four persons.(2+2) The view from the balcony reaches the whole Lapad bay.Apartments K&G - Its size is 50 m2 each. The suites have sleeping room with double bed and living-room with sofa for 2 persons, completely furnished. Separated are kitchen with dining table and bathroom. Apartment is suitable for four persons.
