	The 'Bella Vista' is situated in the residental area of Dubrovnik called Plo?e 10 min walk from the Old Town. It is in area of luxury hotels 'Excelsior' and 'Argentina' and 5 min far from the famous city beach 'Banje'. The rooms are double with privat bathrooms, and balconies. From balcony there is beautifull view on the Adriatic sea. Old Town and island Lokrum. It is themost atractive area in Dubrovnik. House is seraunded with gardens. Infront, there is possibility to park car.
