	Since summer 2001 we accommodate guests in our boarding-house in the beautiful little village 'Duce' in the middle of Dalmatia. The lucidity of our little boarding-house enables us to offer you individual care. This way we want to make sure your stay with us will remain positively in your memory for a long time.You will find everything you need in our rooms. Loving details here and there will makeyou remember our boarding-house.The house has 30 beds altogether in 9 rooms, all ofwhich are double rooms but mostly with the possibility of adding another bed or beingused as single rooms. 3 rooms additionally contain bunk beds especially suitable forfamilies with kids. All rooms contain the following:sun protectedbalcony(blinds, sunshades)mostly with beautifphone with direct connection,satellite TV, phone with direct connection, own bath and toilet, cold/warm water.The 9 guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the boarding-house. On each floor there is a fully fitted and equipped common kitchen with cooking facilities as well as a fridge and seating. The 3rd floor (loft) offers besides the 4 rooms a large, southside barbecue terrace, with a clear andreally beautiful view on the sea and the numerous islands. Naturally the terrace is accessible for all our guests.On the first floor there is a spacious apartment for 8 people,, as well as a shaded and cool terrace usable for several occasions behind the house accessible for our guests and suitable for games like, pool-billar, football-kicker, darts... . There is no chance for boredom and even in the rare case of bad weather you are taken care of. The air conditioned dining hall is situated on the ground floor. An open fire provides a cosy atmosphere where you are welcome to enjoy our delicious food. Breakfast: at the boarding -house you get a fine and nutritious breakfast which can also be served on the terrace. Dinner: in the evening you can choose between 2 meals. Desserts and salads are naturally included.The bar is in the dining hall, where you can also have drinks outside mealtimes. Coffee specialities such as Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiatto, Café Latte and much more is also available. We also offer a variety of Croatian and international table wines as well as quality and top wines.Should you be in the mood to discover the surroundings by bycicle, no problem. We provide mountain bikes as well as trekking bikes which you can use for a small charge.
