	Villa Sanja is situated on the Adriatic Coast, 27 km east from Split, the second largest city in Croatia and the capital of Dalmatia region, in the direction Makarska near Omis (8 km)!This area is especially attractive for holiday because of its beautiful natural beaches, crystal clear waters, forests and the pleasant Mediterranean climate! Lokva Rogoznica offers plenty of shade in bays surrounded by pine trees!Our house, offering you double rooms, balconies and parking lots, is only 50 meters from the beach.We offer you double rooms (1 with 3 beds), with use of a big shared kitchen with fridges, dishes, glasses, knives....TELEVISION and everything you need.In front of the kitchen there are tables and chairs in shadow (see picture), where you can sit and eat or just socialize.......you can also find tables and chairs in front of the north side of the house!Guests also have access to an outdoor barbeque and their own parking lots!On the ground floor there is a big shared kitchen and an outdoor shower. Rooms are located on the first and second floor!Our house is ideal for families with children because it is surrounded by a huge fenced pine tree garden!The children can easily play in the garden!You can relax on your own balcony with a table and 2 chairs (there are also 3 rooms without balcony)!-----------------------------------------------------------BEACH: 50 m from the house you can find sandy, pebble and gravel beaches, two small cafes (one on the beach), a grocery, post-office and restaurants! When going to the beach, you don't have to cross the street because there is a little tunnel under the road that will lead you directly to beach! (BEACH IS ONLY 50m AWAY)! There are few beaches and they are all connected! ----------------------------------------------------------- ONE-DAY TRIPS and NEARBY SIGHTS: We organize daily fish picnic boat excursions to the island of Brac and the Canyon of Cetina River near Omis!Fish picnics on the island of Brac: you will visit towns of Supetar, Pucisca or Postira! Lunch is included in the price (the menu: grilled fish, vine, salad, bread and juice!)Night life: 2 small cafés (out of which one is located on the beach, whereas the other is located above the beach, only 150 m away), disco clubs and bars in Omis and on Makarska Riviera. Distances: Omis 8 km, Brela 7 km, Baska Voda 10 km, Makarska 24km.,You can also take a one-day excursion to the charming town of Omis, nearby Makarska or the nature park Biokovo or go rafting on the river Cetina...You will be fascinated by the 1700-year history of the city of Split and its Diocletian Palace that is under the protection of UNESCO just like the town of Trogir, the ancient city of Salona...CHECK IN: FROM 11:00 CHECK OUT: TILL 10:00 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- La Villa Sanja é situata in Lokva Rogoznica 27km lontano da Spalato e Makarska, vicino Omi?. Favorevolmente affittiamo le camere per 2 persone (2 camere per 3 persone) con l ` uso della cucina e griglia all `aperto! La cucina é attrezzata con 6 frigoriferi, alcuni fornelli economici, sufficenti per il numeri per il numero delle persone nell´ alloggio....e tv. Davanti alla cucina si trovano i tavoli e le sedie nell` ambra, dove si puo mangiare, leggere, oppure esser in compagnia con l´altri ospiti. Dall´altra parte della casa ad ogni balcone, c´e un bell cortile (ideale per i bambini) e un parcheggio grande. Viccinissimo a casa cee 50m si trova una bella spiaggia di rocce e di ghiaia. Distanza di 50m si trovano: posta, 3 ristoranti (primo 20m, secondo 100m e terzo 300m), negozio alimentare, 2 caffe-bar sulla spiaggia, palla a volo... Organizziamo le gite sulla isola di Brazza, e le gite sull vallone della fiume di 'Cetina'! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
