	The Allada apartment building is situated in a historical neighborhood that has maintained the facade and arcades from the 17th century in conjunction with modern and contemporary architecture of the 21st century.Situated in a pedestrian street in the neighborhood of Borne, the apartments offer tranquility and quiet due to the scarcity of street noise and the sound-proofing of the building. They also benefit from splendid natural light throughout the whole day.The building is located near the Picasso Museum and the archeological sites in the Borne.
