	STUDIOS OF 30M2 WITH BALCONY, KITCHENETTE (fridge, coffeemaker, gas cooker,microwave&basic dishes), 2 BEDS, TV,SAFE DEPOSIT BOX, ventilator,BATHROOM and bedlinen&towels. Communal free washing machine. Garden and parking. The block is situated between Torremolinos and Malaga airport. Bus stops are at small walking distance and the bus service goes towards Torremolinos&Benalmadena , Malaga and Churriana. Burger King and 24 hour mini market (at the BP gasoline station) and restaurant very near. Bigger supermarket at aprox 1km. Golf grounds and beach at aprox 2km. Plaza Mayor leisure centre&train station at 1km.In this place You need to rent a car or use buses,which go quite frequently aprox. every 15 minutes . On saturdays there is all night bus service. Minimum reservation is 7 days. Please notify before Your arrival by e-mail Your approximate arrival time to arrange the key handover.This self cateringstudios are suitable for independent travellers since there is no permanent reception but a caretaker. The final cleaning in the departure day is included in the price.Check-in during night time(22-07) or on sunday will be charged 15 euros extra. NOTE: there is also STUDIO for 3 persons.
