WE ARE NOT A HOSTEL - We are a Bed and Breakfast!You'll fall in love with the beautiful, circa 1889 Patrician House turned Inn Bed and Breakfast, completely renovated in 2005, located across the street from the Washington Hilton Hotel on Connecticut Avenue, minutes walk to the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Woodley Park and the Omni Shoreham. You'll be within a 10 minute walk to Dupont Circle and the Metro Station. Within walking distance to Embassy Row and Adams Morgan, 12 blocks from the White House and less than 2 miles from the Washington DC Convention Center. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET AND FREE FULL HOT BREAKFAST POLICIES: No Smoking, No Pets facility No Children under 15 years of age CANCELLATION: 5 days cancellation/change notice or payfor 2 nights. Reservations made less than 5 days from arrival date have 2 hours to cancel reservation otherwise your credit card will be charged for 3 full nights.
