	A charming, friendly family- run hotel, the 2 star Comte de Nice is located in a quiet provincial area of the city ,just a short walk from the main railway station, a traditional market and the main shopping street. Direct public airport bus (N° 23). All 55 rooms and 10 urban studios(=with small kitchenand air-condition)are equipped with private bathrooms, sat. colour TV with intern. channels and telephone.The hotel serves a good buffet breakfast (extra charge), has 24 hrs reception service (multilingual staff) and a private underground car park (max. 1.80m x 2.00m, 12? for 24hrs). The hotel also offers a conference room for approx. 45 people. City taxe(or visitor's tax) is extra to pay:0.70 EUR p.p.p.d All in all a small, pleasant, ?no frills ? hotel, where price quality relation is perfect.Attention: The hotel is nearly a non smoking hotel with only a few smoking rooms. Requests for those have to be marked on the reservation The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card with 30 % deposit (at least the amount of one night) 7 days prior to arrival. If cancelled or modifiedwithin 7 days prior to arrival, after 4 p. m., the deposit is non refundable.
