	Harbour House is a 50 bed Tourist Board approved hostel with en-suite single rooms, double rooms, twin rooms, family rooms and dormitory rooms. Built in 1860 for the Harbour Master, when Sligo was one of the busiest ports in Ireland; this old house has retained its character, while being turned into warm clean comfortable accommodation at affordable prices - a little more than a hostel. It is situated only twelve minutes walk from the centre of Sligo town and the main train and bus terminus for the North West of Ireland. Groups of 10 or more can enjoy a continental breakfast.We also offer our guests self catering facilities for tea, coffee, and snacks. We do also Laundry Facilities (FREE if you stay 1 week or longer).Sligo has many facilities to offer visitors. Because of its position, Harbour House is close to all amenities such as sea and lake fishing, shark fishing, scuba diving, bowling, swimming, golfing, windsurfing, sailing, and many other outdoor and indoor pursuits. All are just within minutes of Harbour House.If you wish to eat out,Sligo has many restaurants and hotels which provide the most varied of menus, sure to please the most discerning of tastes.
