	Newly Studios completely restructured on February 2005, located ONLY 50 metres distance from Hotel Alamanni, 200 metres from Santa Maria Novella train station, 100 metres from Fortress Da Basso (Exibithion centre), and 150 metres from the Conference Centre, within walking distance from the Duomo and from most important and popular Museums and Monuments.Check-in and check-out MUST be made at ALAMANNI's Hotel reception (Via L. Alamanni 35). The Apartments are fully equipped with kitchenette, Coffe Machine, refrigerator and washdishes machine, Air conditioning w/self control panel, private bathroom w/shower, self catering, Double Sofa bed and single beds upon request fit up to 4 persons, suitable for familiesor Young groups of friends.3 type of Studio, Comfort for max 2 persons, Large for 3-4 persons and Luxury for 5-6 persons.
