	Welcome to Soggiorno Madrid. Located a few steps from the historical centre of Florence, this charming and safe guesthouse is close to the central railway station Santa Maria Novella, the Congress, Expo Centre of the Fortezza da Basso and many historical monuments. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, hairdryer, colour TV, telephone and air-conditioning. Guests can choose between double or twinrooms, we like our guests tofeel as if they are in their own house. All rooms have a kettle for coffee and tea. Breakfast is not included in the price but upon request could be served in the room. Reception is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. On arrival you will be required to show your ID document or passport for the official registration. If you are going to arrive between 8 pm and 11 pm, you have to advise us with a phone call or email after booking. After 11 pm any check in will not be possible. All guests are given a free city map at check-in. There is no curfew. It's also possible to reserve any tickets for any museum or town-show when available. All cancellations&modifications must be made directly with us at least 48h prior to your arrival to avoid a penalty. WE ADVISE OUR CUSTOMERS THAT THE CREDIT CARD THAT WE RECEIVE AS GUARANTEE OF RESERVATION, HAS TO BE VALID. IF NOT, THE RESERVATION IS ATOMATICALLY CANCELLED AND THE DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST.
