	“Zefiro Hotel” is the ideal destination for medium-high level travelers belonging to leisure and/or business area.Modern and particularly quiet, even though in central position, the hotel has all comforts and services to spend nice week-ends of cultural tourism or business-work weeks. Located in the university area called“Città Studi”, full of typical restaurants, the hotel is easily connected to the historical center and far from the fear about 20 minutes. The Hotel has 94 beds sorted in 57 rooms and 2 attics which recently have been used as residence with equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom for two people and panoramic terrace. Rooms are equipped with every comfort: TV color–Sat, telephone, minibar, air conditioning.Common spaces such as the Breakfast Room, the Reading Room, the free Internet Point, the Meeting Room for approximately 50 people, and the Wine Bar open 24/24h with the possibility of tasting the best Italian and foreign wines are very comfortable. Our hosts won’t find any problem in parking as a garage in agreement with us is few steps away from the hotel
