	Cosy B&B located at the 3rd floor with lift, in an fancy avenue in the city center, close by the sea where the golf of Naples shows all its beauty and it's pleasant taking sun staying in on of the Chalets in Mergellina or taking a walk in the Sunday antic market in the Villa Comunale.Two bedrooms with bathroom where a third extra bed is available.A big and sunny bedroom with it's own bathroom.Rooms have old style, balconies with flowers, TV, heating, phone and fridge use available.100 mt from subway and Mergellina train station and 50 mt from Capri, Ischia, Procida, Sorrento and Isole Eolie's boats.
