	Baia del Corallo youth hostel is part of AIG, the only Italian association recognized by?Hostelling International?. HI comprises more than 5,000 hostels around the world and allows millions of people to travel every year, thus giving them the opportunity to have fun, to form friendships, to experience other cultures and, above all, to save money. The youth hostel is situated in Palermo city, 27 Plauto street, in the splendid gulf of Sferracavallo where it directly faces the sea. Typical Mediterranean vegetation covers the 10,000 square meter property. The hostel is connected by public bus with the center of Palermo. Palermo?s youth hostel offers the opportunity to experience sea and nature as well as the history, culture and art of one of the most ancient cities of the Mediterranean. It is also an excellent base for visiting other places of historical, cultural and artistic interest in Sicily (e.g. Erice, Segesta, Cefalù, Agrigento and many more). The youth hostel has 76 beds, divided into double rooms and four-bed dorms, all with en suite bathrooms. Only AIG/HI members can stay at this hostel, for those without a card, however, it is available for purchase on arrival.
