	Anfiteatro Flavio B&B is a cosy accommodation located in a classic Roman mansion dating back to the 19th century in the centre of Rome, a stone's throw from the Coliseum, Via Nazionale and Piazza Venezia. It has been recently refurbished to enhance the prestige of the hotel offering a comfortable ambience and a good range of facilities. Outside you have a traditional 19th century building but inside you will find 6 rooms decorated in a modern minimal style. One of these is provided with cooking facilities too. The hotel offers you a prime location exceptional value and a friendly and comfortable atmosphere all that you need for a perfect stay in Rome! All themajor places of interest can be easily reached from the Anfiteatro Flavio B&B The Anfiteatro Flavio B&B has very comfortable and elegant rooms. The 16 rooms are distributed over 2 floors, and they are different for shape and size. Some rooms have the balcony internal others external. All the rooms are quiet and comfortable and furnished with a writing desk and a large well organized wardrobe. They are all equipped with the following facilities: air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, frigo- bar, safety box, television and telephone. Standard rooms: Double rooms with double bed with possibility of 3rd bed. They are decorated with wooden furniture and superb marble bathrooms.Large size rooms: The hotel avails of 2 suites. One of these could host 4 guests, the other one 5 or 6. They are particularly indicated for families or large groups and are composed of four-five beds wooden furniture en-suite bathroom and large writing desk.In the bathroom you can find soap, shampoo and towels.Cancellation policy:in may june july september octoberYou can cancel your reservation until 7 days before the arrival day without any charge. After that time 1 NIGHT NO-SHOW will be charged on your credit card. If you cancel the reservation 6 days before the arrival date, the 50% will be charged, if you cancel from 5 to 3 days before the 75% will be charged. If you cancel 1 day before or during your stay or if you don't come the total amount will be charged on your credit card!
