	We are in the center of Rome, in the Santa Maria Maggiore neighborood, walking distance from all major monuments such as the roman forum. Also, we are just 10 minutes away from the main train station and the subway stop is 30mt from our door. Completely renewed, we offer comfortable rooms with an ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan and tv, free city maps, free unlimited ADSL internet connection and a multilingual staff ready to assist you with tips on city habits and events. We'll offer you complimentary coffee and tea in the morning to start your day and then you can also have a typical italian breakfast at a nearby bar.PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED ON THE THIRD FLOOR AND WE ARE CURRENTLY UNDERGOING SOME RENOVATION WORK TO THE ELEVATOR THAT WILL NOT BE WORKING. OUR STAFF THOUGH WILL HELP WITH YOUR LUGGAGE ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. TERMS&CONDITIONS :- Please note that we require payment in CASH or traveller cheques upon arrival. - All our rooms have KING SIZE BEDS: email us to request 2 twins or triple beddings. - Cancellations or alterations are only accepted via email or fax. Phone cancellations/alterations are not accepted. - If you donot give us 72 hours notice (3 days max before arrival) of your 'no show' by e-mail / by fax, we will unfortunately have to debit your card. The amount charged will be your first night accommodation. - Since we don't live at Domus Victoria, we need you to confirm your arrival time and respect it. Arrivals after one hour of confirmed time will not be guaranteed. Changes must be communicated at least 24h in advance by email. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN JULY AND AUGUST WE DON'T ACCEPT CHECK INS AFTER 1.30PM ON THURSDAY AND SUNDAY.
