	Hotel Mari II is a family-run hotel. It is composed by 19 confortable rooms with private bathroom and TV set.It is located near Termini railway station in a clean and quiet area at 20 minutes walking distance from Colosseum. No lift. Reception is open 24 hours at day. English and French spoken. We organize excursions.If you're coming to Rome come and visit us and book now to avoid disappointment!Our friendly staff is always ready to help you and will do everything to make you feel at home. Credit cards are required ONLY to guarantee arrival.We do not charge in advance. We prefer to receivepayments in cash upon arrival. Guarantee Policy: Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We require payment of your entire stay upon check-in. If guests fail to arrive, the credit card will be debited the rate of 1 room night. Cancellation Policy: To avoid charges of 1 room night, we must receive your cancellation via fax or e-mail no later than 24 hours before your check-in date.Cancellation for groups are accepted until 20 days before arrival. Continental breakfast, american breakfast and air-conditioning are extra.
