	Location is the city centerWalk 10min. from SUSUKINO.Walk 10min. from ODORI PARK.Heating charge of 200yen(Nov.-Apr.? ( including service&tax )Only the lodging.?We do not offer meals. Rooms (All private rooms. No dormitory room.) Guest rooms are Japanese style with bedding ( Futon ) Bedding(Futon)?Television?Heater. Bath&toilet are not in a room.We share the bath and toilet.Guest rooms are no smoking. Please smoking in the dining room.Dining room kitchen (AM 7:00?PM 11:00) Instant coffee&Tea&Japanese green tea are free service. Drink freely.We have shared cooking facilities, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster,etc.? Please make yourself at home here. There are a lot of restaurants and food store near us.
