Dar Tassa - High Atlas Mountains Berber hospitality at a comfortable guest house in a serene mountain setting in the Toubkal National Parkbuilt in traditional style employing local craftsmen and materials yet including a/c and heating in all rooms owners promote eco-tourism and assist in conservation of the National Park only an hour from Marrakech and within easy reach of some of Morocco's most scenic valleys and gorges run by friendly staff from the local hamlet. food ideal base for trekking in a quiet corner of the park near a sanctuary for Barbary Sheep fantastic situation with stunning views from the picture window in the lounge and from large roof terrace located at 1300 metres above sea level. 30° C in July/August and 15° C in December Activities: Trekking, walking and horse-riding in the area. Dar Tassa is accessed by an unmade road: it is a 10 minute drive off the main road. We can prebook excellent English speaking local trekking guides. Resident experts can help you to spot the Barbary Sheep in the Takkerkhort Reserve. Option to travel over the spectacular Tiz n Test Pass (over which you can travel on to Taroudant&Agadir).Accommodation: is arranged around a spacious living/dining room with fountain&fabulous views of the mountains.
