	Our hotel is situated in the middle of the countryside on a small plateau overlooking the Lake of Neuchatel of which we have a splendid view and by nice weather even a magnificent view of the Alps. A boutique, a shop as well as a biodynamic farm are part of the complex. All our products are certified organically grown.We received the first prize of the Eco-Hotel of the year and the 5 ibex rated label for a sustainable development.Situated in a small village with few houses. Our modern biodynamic farm, its animals and its cheese shop are all nearby.Detached house: built on piles, 10 charming coloured rooms with French bed (140cm wide), huge window, exceptional view and very personalised style.No reservation or cancellation will be accepted after 3:00PM the day BEFORE the arriving.
