Sur Hostel, is a historic boutique hostel which was built 120 years ago in Istanbul. It has a quiet location in the old city centre - Sultanahmet - where you can find the heart of Istanbul's History - the former Constantinople.When you step out of the hostel you will feel the culture of the Byzantine Empire. The hostel is within walking distance of Byzantine and Ottoman Monuments, such as, St. Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Hippodrome, Archaeological Museums, Turkish Carpet Museum, Spice Bazaar and the Grand Bazaar. Other Istanbul attactions, like the Cemberlitas Hamami (Turkish Bath) and the Ca?alo?lu Bath, are also only a few minutes walk from us.At the Sur Hostel rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds provide a good night's sleep. All of our rooms are comfortable and spotless and each has been individually decorated with great care and finesse to reflect the refined graces.
